60 yr doctor lady admitted with acute anterior wall Myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock with heart failure. She was intubated & mechanical ventilated in casualty. Immediately transferred to cardiac Cath lab where she underwent coronary angiogram & primary angioplasty to LAD with IABP support. She was discharged after 6 days in ICU
