A 63 year old male MR. Devidas Joseph admitted with acute AWMI thrombolysed with elaxim.
Coronary angiography showed critical disease in left main. In view of middle age and reluctant to CABG surgery patient was planned for angioplasty.
IABP was inserted through left FA. PTCA to left main with DES stent done with crossover to LAD with good results.
