AGE- 44 YEARS
44 yr male doctor with h/o Awmi & strong family history of cardiac issues underwent coronary angioplasty PAMI to LAD in 2016. Again developed anginal chest pain since 10 days. 2021 : coronary angiogram showed LAD stent patent & mild stent migration in to left main. Also showed critical 95 percent ostial lesion in Lcx.
PTCA to left main to Lcx stent done with prior cutting balloon dilatation. Further by doing SKS & POT techniques, achieved good result.
