A 71 year old male MR. Nagji Cheda admitted with UA with prior history of CABG done in 1995 at KEM HOSPITAL.
Coronary graft angiography revealed total occlusion of LIMA & VENOUS grafts.Hence PTCA to native Coronary artery was planned. PTCA TO LAD & RCA DONE Succesfully with relief of symptoms of angina.
