A 70 year old male MR. Mahadev Shaw admitted with ACS/UA. Coronary angiography revealed highly calcified coronary artery disease in LAD.
In view of old age and advanced atherosclerosis CABG option was high risk. Hence PTCA to LAD with Rotablation which is designed for breaking coronary calcium through Rota burrs. Stent was easily deployed after balloon dilatation
